Farm Tour: Root Crops at CSG at Genesis Farm

Join NOFA NJ and Farmer Mike Baki for a tour of CSG at Genesis Farm in Blairstown, NJ. Explore the variety of root crops that make up their winter CSA share and how they are sown, grown, and stored throughout the Winter and early Spring. The tour will end with a look inside the root cellar. Soup and bread will be served – be sure to bring your own mug and spoon!
MIke Baki has been part of the team at CSG at Genesis Farm for over 30+ years, where they have grown for year-round distribution and shepherded the organic farming movement since 1987!
