Orchard crops include pear, paw paw, persimmon, blueberry, June berry, mulberry, walnut, pecan, peach, and apple.

Dr. Heckman will explain and answer questions about soil testing, building soil fertility using organic methods, caring for a small flock of egg layers, establishing an edible landscape/fruiting forest, growing an abundance of vegetables, storing the harvest, and making sauerkraut.
