Learn about ecological organic farming and gardening systems for producing and securing nutrient rich whole delicious foods. Much of the land is in pasture and hay, grown to graze/feed Jersey cattle, goats, and chickens. Garden crops produced include asparagus, sweet potato, Irish potato, cabbage, tomato, watermelon, pumpkin, snapbean, turnip, radish, and lettuce. Orchard crops include pear, paw paw, persimmon, blueberry, June berry, mulberry, walnut, pecan, peach, and apple.
