Founded in 2011, Jammin’ Crepes in Princeton is a model of sustainability and a leader in the local farm-to-fork movement. A visit to their restaurant at 20 Nassau Street reveals what their customers already know: their local owners care deeply about the environment, their customers and the local community. They are a leading pioneer in the RSA concept (Restaurant Supported Agriculture), and one wall has a map showing some of the local farms from whom they source their ingredients. In addition to supporting our local farmers, Jammin’ Crepes is a longstanding supporter of NOFA-NJ, and they have generously arranged for this tasty benefit dinner for us. Please join NOFA-NJ, local farmers and our amazing hosts for a sampling of delicious, locally-sourced, seasonal treats.
