Processing Chickens: Hands on Event

We are excited to announce that we have a plan for in person training for Chicken processing.   Matt Wilkinson is hosting a workshop on the morning of June 5th at Hard Cider Homestead for in person training.  It will be outside, and he will provide the chickens (which you will take home after the session. Because of that, if you are interested, could you please register to the class to hold your place?  The event will be capped at 25, and is already 50% subscribed so ideally you will sign up soon if you interested.  For those that sign up, we will also share the online classes from early this season.  To register, please use the link
