Maya Eashwaran’s “Home on the farm: what drew Hopewell farmers to the agricultural life” is an excellent article about four farmers in Hopewell, New Jersey working to bring awareness to the importance of organic and regenerative agriculture. Each in their own way is exploring and sharing innovative ideas to advance the idea that responsible, soil-based and local agriculture is the best way forward. It is helpful that a community of farmers is growing in our area. With the help of NOFA-NJ, and the fellowship of each other, great things are happening on farms in this area. You’ll meet two of our Board members in the article. Thank you, Maya Eashwaran, for a good write-up.
