Karen Rose Tank has a BS from Cornell University in Plant Science and an MS from Rutgers in Agricultural, Food and Resource Economics. She also is a graduate of the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, where she learned innovative coaching methods, practical lifestyle management techniques, and over 100 dietary theories – everything from Ayurveda, gluten-free, and Paleo, to raw, vegan, and macrobiotics, and everything in between. She has studied with many of the world’s top health and wellness experts. Karen was diagnosed with Type-1 diabetes at age 39, which changed her life path. Today, Karen’s passion is to use her life experiences and nutritional training to help others live healthier, happier lives, especially those who struggle with diabetes.
