Field duties are primarily weeding, harvesting, planting, using hand tools, and crop care tasks. One year experience vegetable farming is preferred, though experience working a physically demanding job outdoors is required. Enthusiasm, passion, can-do spirit, and the ability to tough-it-out are characteristics of our crew. Being able to regularly lift 50 lbs, work very fast, and keep up the pace in all weather conditions is essential to this workplace. Applicants must be in good health and fit. This is a seasonal job with full or part time positions available from now until late November.
