We are a 1.5 acre market garden style farm looking for both part time and full-time farmers to join our small crew this coming season. Shifts start April 1st and last through the month of November 2022.
Tasks will include:
- Greenhouse seeding, nursery care
- Bed prep & planting
- Harvest, wash & pack of produce
- Other field tasks such as trellising, mowing, mulching, cultivating/weeding, etc
- Weekend Farmers’ Market Sales Assistance
Requirements:
- Available early mornings & most weekends
- Solid work ethic and positive and kind attitude
- Desire to learn
- Capable of working amongst a tight knit team of farmers
- Passionate about growing food organically
- Ability to lift 40lbs
