Double Brook Farm is a sustainable livestock farm located on over 800 acres in Hopewell, NJ. The farm raises cattle, sheep, pigs, chickens, turkeys, goats, and ducks. We are part of a closed-loop operation that includes a full-service market, Brick Farm Market, and a fine dining restaurant, Brick farm Tavern. Our mission is to provide the best tasting, nourishing food to our community in the most sustainable and humane way possible. Our animals are raised on pasture, and during the growing season, are rotated daily on fresh grass. Cattle and sheep are raised 100% on grass and pigs and poultry are fed a non-GMO grain supplement that is raised for us by local farmers.

Double Brook Farm also has one of only a handful on on-farm, USDA-inspected slaughterhouses in the country. We process our own animals primarily to reduce stress to the animals and to limit our carbon footprint.
