Land owner in Little Silver is looking for a farmer to maintain a planting of elderberry. Planted area is about 1/2 acre and plants are two years old – a mixture of York and Marge. Plants should produce a good harvest next year. Possibility for profit-sharing. Ideal candidate will want to take ownership of the planting to maximize it’s potential and explore additional markets and paths for revenue. Some knowledge and/or experience with elderberry or other berry plants would be helpful.
