Dr. Sylvia Onusic studied Public Health and Nutrition at Penn State University, and Home Economics at Indiana University. She is board certified nutrition specialist and a licensed dietitian/nutritionist in Pennsylvania. One of her major areas of interest is enhancing nutritive value, especially fat-soluble vitamin content, in animal foods through use of traditional farming methods. She is also an advocate of whole foods nutrition during the lifestyle, especially during pregnancy. Dr. Sylvia served on the Weston A. Price Foundation Board of Directors, Raw Milk Institute Board of Directors, and currently is Advisory Board Member of the Price Pottenger Nutrition Foundation She speaks at national and international conferences on natural foods.
