Dr. Todd Higgins is an agronomist whose academic training was in forage crop management. Higgins earned his doctorate in pasture management from the University of Arkansas. He is a Certified Crop Advisor and in August 2017 completed a Master's degree in Agribusiness from Kansas State University. His thesis project was an economic analysis of the value of grazing winter cover crops. Higgins has conducted research on cover crop grazing at Lincoln University (MO). He is a veteran and served in Operation Enduring Freedom as an Army Engineer.
