River Valley Community Grains: A Story of Collaboration Between the Grower, Miller, and Baker

River Valley Community Grains will share their collaborative approach to small-scale, organic, grain production with the hope of encouraging growers, bakers, chefs, and others to join them in helping to meet the growing demand for real bread, local flour, and nutrient-dense grains in our region. They will share examples of how their collaboration on-site with growers, bakers, and others has enabled them to bring a diverse line of products to local markets. One of the themes they will focus on is that you do not need a lot of resources to begin; you just have to start where you are.
