WHO WE ARE Hazelman Farms is a rapidly growing egg operation based in upper Passaic County, specifically West Milford. Since its small beginnings in 2005, the farm has expanded to nearly 2,000 pasture-raised egg-laying hens, as well as a market vegetable garden and orchard. 2020 saw our first on-farm apiary, an expansion of our seasonal maple syrup production, and the beginning of an on-farm composting operation. We strive to help our community eat locally and seasonally - foraging sustainably in our woods - as well as working with local businesses to create value-added items using our farm products. Our plans for the near future include more on-farm events as well as an expansion of our fruit and vegetable production, and adding more infrastructure for our main product - eggs! Currently we distribute products in Northern New Jersey, including stores, cafes, and retail operations in Passaic, Bergen, Morris, Sussex, and Essex counties.
