Vegetable Production Manager
We are a 62 acre sustainable farm growing 100 different varieties of fruit, vegetable, herb, and flower. We also pasture raise turkeys, chickens, laying hens, and heritage breed pigs. We grow exclusively for our partner restaurants/hotels in Cape May, NJ. We also have our own on site market and kitchen. We are committed to providing the freshest possible produce to our partners and community. The Vegetable Production Manager would run our annual and perennial vegetable department. We grow on 15 acres and have plenty of room to expand in to. The crew consists of a crew leader and 5 field hands. Full Time, Year Round, Salary, 401k, cell phone, possible housing for right candidate. Organization and record keeping is required. 5+ years farming experience is highly desired.
