We have approximately 60 acres available for long-term, affordable lease opportunities to beginning farmers who want to grow organic produce and possibly livestock. We intend to parcel the land out to multiple growers desiring a farming operation but who cannot afford to purchase land. Parcels would range from 1-5 acres each, with the intention of filling it with numerous small operators. Located in the south-western most tip of Warren County, high above the Delaware River, the soil type is mostly classified as Pattenburg Silty Loam on the soil maps, is well drained and mostly flat. Currently it is in conventional corn and soybean rotation with a leased farmer. As the owners of the land, we wish to transition it to organic production and create a community of farmers who can support each other and produce high-quality, organic food for the area. We are the owners of Villa Milagro Vineyards and we live on the property. There is an excellent well located near several of the fields which would be available. The potential exists for added infrastructure as well as future housing possibilities. Contact Steve at Villa Milagro Vineyards via SteveGambinoVMV@gmail.com and use the subject line: Land Lease.
