Join NOFA NJ for a tour of the Phillip Alampi Beneficial Insect Rearing Laboratory (PABIL) in Ewing, NJ
Learn about biological controls and the benefit to farmers and landowners. We will view insect rearing programs for: Mexican Bean Beetle, Mile-a-minute Weed, Japanese knotweed, Black Swallow-wort, Brown Marmorated Stink Bug, Spotted-wing Drosophila. Invasive insects as well as beneficial insects will be seen. Come with your questions for Cyndi Detweiler-Hill, Entomologist.
